Mariam Al-Qudah, 21

Ibdaa', Sahab

Through Ibdaa', Mariam aims to create lasting connections between individuals and the society in which they live.

Located in Sahab, Amman, Ibdaa' encourages businesses to tutor and mentor individuals to develop vocational skills.

So far, the initiative has succeeded in teaching people skills in recycling, jam making, sewing and embroidery, glass painting, and vinegar production – all with the approval of the Jordanian Food and Drug Administration.

Moving forward, Mariam is excited to expand the types of vocational trainings Ibdaa' offers and to reach as many people as possible.
