Over the past seven years, BADIR has offered training and mentoring opportunities for 89 Fellows across the country. The Fellows, of whom 40% were female and 60% were male, left a positive mark across multiple thematic areas, including education, civil engagement, women’s empowerment, clean energy, health, youth development, water and agriculture, to name a few. Each BADIR Fellow has received over 150 hours of training, 100 hours of mentoring, and one-on-one support, helping their initiatives reach a total of 170,000 beneficiaries directly and over half a million beneficiaries indirectly.
